3M Cloud eBooks @ Centennial Library

3M Cloud eBooks are now included in the Centennial Library online catalog (link is external) right along with print books. You can access eBooks in the collection via the 3M Cloud app (link is external). You will need to download the app to your personal e-reading device. See Ms. Helms in the library and she will advise you on how to access the 3M Cloud app.

The 3M Cloud eBook collection contains over 3,000 titles and will continue to grow through the shared consortium of libraries in the Illinois Heartland Library System SHARE online catalog. This opening day collection is supported by eRead Illinois a grant from the State Library, in addition, each participating library contributes to the purchase of future eBook titles.

Kindle E-readers @ Centennial Library

The Centennial Library is pleased to offer Kindle e-readers to students as yet another opportunity for them to read and enjoy books. Students may borrow Kindle e-readers for a two week loan period. To be eligible to borrow an e-reader from the library, students must return to the library an e-reader permission and acceptable use form signed by a parent or guardian and complete a brief e-reader training session.

Check with library staff and/or attend a library book club meeting on Thursdays after school in the library to learn more about how to borrow a Kindle e-reader.
